One day, on a whim, a big boss went to visit one of his factories and saw an employee working hard.

He walked over and patted the crew on the shoulder and said, "Well done! I used to be like you."

The employee looked up, smiled, patted the big boss on the shoulder and said, "You should do it too!" I used to be like you."
